With over 15 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity and enterprise software, Dan has a proven track record of building customer-centric organizations, fostering innovation, and driving growth.
Prior to Brinqa, Dan served as CEO of Playvox, a leader in workforce and quality management solutions that help customer service teams deliver better experiences for some of the world’s largest brands, leading to their acquisition by NICE. As CRO at Britive, he focused on advancing secure, cloud-native access solutions within the emerging Cloud Privileged Access Management market. At NetMotion, he led the company’s expansion as a trusted provider of secure remote access solutions for global enterprises, achieving efficient growth and positioning the company for a strategic acquisition by Absolute Software.
Dan holds an MBA from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from William Jewell College.

He joins Brinqa from Prevalent, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, leading solutions strategy, product management, development, customer success, services, and support.
Prior to Brinqa, Brad held key leadership roles at several high-growth companies, including BeyondTrust, eEye Digital Security, and NetPro. At these organizations, he focused on building customer-centric teams that delivered strong business outcomes, including accelerated growth, improved profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Throughout his career, Brad has earned numerous industry certifications supporting his work in management, consulting, and software development. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Management Information Systems, as well as an MBA, both from the University of Ottawa.

Prior to Brinqa, Erik served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Absolute Software, where he helped grow revenue and expand market reach following the acquisition of NetMotion. During his 14-year tenure at NetMotion, he led international sales and spearheaded go-to-market efforts across government, commercial, and enterprise segments—consistently driving alignment, efficiency, and expansion.
Known for his ability to translate customer needs into impactful solutions, Erik is a trusted leader and collaborator. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Washington.

As a Brinqa co-founder, Hilda leverages more than 30 years of experience creating enterprise applications for Fortune 2000 companies. In addition to helping shape the Brinqa platform, she oversees company operations including cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and cloud operations. She is uniquely skilled at bridging technology and business solutions to deliver secure, reliable capabilities as Brinqa grows and evolves.
Throughout her career, Hilda has been instrumental in building enterprise software products that create substantial business impact. Before co-founding Brinqa, Hilda held leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, where she led the global identity and access management business.
Earlier in her career, Hilda played a key role at Waveset Technologies, a startup that was acquired by Sun Microsystems, and also contributed her expertise at Motorola, Tivoli/IBM, and other leading enterprise software companies.
Hilda holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Texas.

Before joining Brinqa, Ron served as the AVP of Technology at AT&T where he led the product development and operations teams for the AT&T Business cybersecurity portfolio. Prior to AT&T, Ron was the Senior Vice President of Product Development at AlienVault, a cybersecurity company that helped organizations detect and respond to cyber threats. Additionally, Ron was a co-founder and leader at Blacklight Solutions and Noesis.
Ron’s extensive engineering leadership experience spans building SaaS and on-premises solutions tailored to the needs of enterprise, government, and mid-market customers.
